Shipping & Returns

NATIONAL

It takes us between 1 and 3 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but we estimate for national orders to be delivered between 3-5 business days.

Purchases made on weekends and Colombian holidays will be processed the following business day. When making a purchase please make sure that all shipping information is correct. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

All items are subject to stock, if a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

Pierinna Feoli allows national returns (for exchange or credit note only) on merchandise received within 10 days of the order delivery date.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to info@pierinnafeoli.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@pierinnafeoli.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pierinnafeoli.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

For national orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: Pierinna Feoli does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

INTERNATIONAL

It takes us between 1 and 3 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but we estimate for international orders to be delivered between 5-10 business days. Please note that we will not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.

All items are subject to stock, if a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

In the case that the delivery cannot be completed, the delivery company will leave a note and will try to make phone contact. After two failed attempts, you must contact the delivery company in order to continue with the delivery. Pierinna Feoli is not responsible nor liable for any inconvenience in the transport, shipping and handling of the products by third parties.

Note: Costs for duties and taxes are not included in price. We ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local custom authorities. Client is responsible for these costs; we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
