NATIONAL: All orders are subject to product availability. In stock orders are processed within 1-3business days. Made-to-orders dispatch between 7-12 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but we estimate it between 3-5 business days. When making a purchase please make sure that all shipping information is correct. Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you make a purchase on a weekend of a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you’ll be able to check the delivery status by using the tracking number we will provide to you via email.

TAXES AND DUTIES: Please be aware that pierinnafeoli.com is not responsible for taxes, duties, or any brokerage and delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to info@pierinnafeoli.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@pierinnafeoli.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED ORDERS: In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pierinnafeoli.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
For national orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: Pierinna Feoli does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
RETURNS
NATIONAL : National returns are allowed (for exchange or credit only) on merchandise received within 10 days of the order delivery date. Please note that Pierinna Feoli does not offer and will not do refunds.
All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn, altered, or washed merchandise cannot be returned. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
